And now, for the first time in a while… we’re looking to hire an experienced M&A Associate to join our high-performing Transaction team.

We are after someone who:
✔ Has 3–5+ years of experience in M&A with a strong background in financial modelling, writing information memorandums and pitch decks and doing outstanding desktop research
✔ Loves fast-paced environments and working closely with founders
✔ Can juggle multiple tasks at once, working with precise execution at high speed
✔ Understands business development and deal origination and has a keen eye for wanting to win new work
✔ Is ready to take ownership and mentor junior talent
✔ Has a Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business or Accounting and is either qualified as a CA or CPA or pursuing the final stages of this program
