Alvina is a seasoned corporate advisor with more than 18 years of experience in financial services. With a sharp focus on mergers & acquisitions, capital raising, and strategic financial advisory, focussed on high-impact deals across many industries including the technology and software sectors.

Having held senior roles at Latimer Partners, Commonwealth Bank and KPMG, Alvina brings deep expertise in stakeholder engagement, investment analysis, and risk governance. Her track record speaks for itself, and we’re proud she’s chosen to bring her skills to MSA.
