  • Graham Morgan is a Chair, Mentor and Advisor who truly understands the ups and downs that many business owners and senior leaders go through. This experience gives Graham a unique perspective, ability and passion to help today’s companies build the resources they need to meet their short-term and long-term goals.

    Graham has thirty years’ experience in senior leadership roles, before setting up his business in 2013. He has led many difficult transformations managing complex relationships between Private Equity, Banks, Independent Directors and Management. He has bought and sold numerous businesses managing the entire process, has been a key member in an IPO and led a business through a challenging receivership.

    Graham is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Certified Chair at the Advisory Board Centre and a Chair at The Executive Connection (TEC).

  • Leigh is a corporate finance professional and brings years of experience working in M&A and advisory across of a broad range of industries including mining services, defence, technology, manufacturing, food, beverage, and white-collar consulting/services.

    Leigh holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Chartered Accounting Degree and is currently studying a CFA.

  • Louise brings an enormous array of knowledge and experience to our clients. With over two decades of experience in executive leadership, strategy execution, project management, marketing, business improvement and coaching. Before joining MSA, Louise ran her own growth and change business for ten years.

    She brings a fresh set of eyes, great expertise and creative thinking which often unlocks hidden opportunities.

  • Frederic leads the Customer Experience (CX) function at MSA. He has a long history working in leadership positions across strategic marketing, business development and sales. He is passionate about delivering clients a positive experience and nurturing relationships based on trust.

    Frederic has gained experience working with a variety of clients and contacts in Australia and overseas which enables him to see opportunities where MSA can add value to a business.

  • Thomas is an experienced business analyst and research analyst. He has years of experience in the financial services industry. He has a strong background in conducting comprehensive research and analysis on companies, industries, and market trends.

    Thomas is proficient in financial modelling, data analysis, and valuation techniques.

  • Lisa oversees the business support function at MSA, managing accounts payable and receivable as well as helping the team with various tasks.

    Lisa has significant experience working with small businesses, keeping the owners on top of their administrative requirements. Prior to MSA, Lisa worked as executive assistant for one of the top legal firms in Sydney supporting two Senior Partners and their teams of fee earners.
